Shipping Policies

If the item is in stock, it will usually ship within 2-3 days. If it is out of stock, we will make an order, which can take 3-4 weeks. Notify us if you need it sooner so we can see what we can do.

Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on the item and the location of the ship to.

All shipping is USPS, UPS/ FedEx ground unless otherwise specified, and delivery times vary according to destination. Helen Prior Design cannot be held responsible for delays once a package is in transit or for missing packages. Fees apply for address changes made after an order has shipped and for returned packages.
